1. Usage Rights

All delivered images are licensed strictly for personal use and social media sharing.

Any commercial, promotional, or editorial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

TM Nova Media reserves the right to use selected images from client sessions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, website portfolio, marketing materials, and advertisements, to showcase the quality of our work and services.

2. Copyright

TM Nova Media retains full copyright ownership of all images.

Clients are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license to the final edited files.

3. Additional Requests & Edits

Any requests outside the agreed package—such as additional retouching, extra images, or special editing—will incur additional charges.

Charges will be quoted and agreed upon before additional work begins.

4. Session Duration

Each session includes up to 1 hour of active shoot time.

Timing begins immediately after lighting and equipment setup is complete.

Any time beyond the included duration will be billed as overtime at the applicable rate.

5. Location-Based Pricing

Package rates (Essential, Signature, and TopTier) apply only to shoots within Pickering, Ajax, or Whitby.

Sessions outside these areas may attract travel surcharges, which will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to booking.

6. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance via direct phone call to TM Nova Media.

Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice, or failure to show up, will incur additional charges to cover preparation and time loss.

Cancellation after booking will incur a deduction of 30% of the shoot fee.

TM Nova Media reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances, with notification to the client as early as possible.

7. Image Selection & Edits

Clients are required to provide image selections for edits within 48 hours of receiving the selection link.

If no selections are made within this period, TM Nova Media reserves the right to make selections at its discretion, after prior notification to the client.

Should a client insist on selecting images outside the 48-hour period, TM Nova Media will accommodate the request; however, delivery times may vary depending on current workload and scheduling constraints.

8. Session Deliverables

For sessions offered at no additional cost (“Free Sessions”), TM Nova Media reserves the discretion to determine the quality, quantity, and content of delivered images, ensuring alignment with our professional standards and to manage client expectations.

Clients acknowledge that the number and quality of images may vary depending on session conditions, package type, and artistic discretion.
